What is the issues that you think you would like to focus on? Why?

I chose Troy Davis because I would like to know how this is an issue of Human Rights. I've never researched on an issue like this, that is why I found it interesting when i read a summary on him. Now, I would like to read a full story of him and why it was a HR issue.

3 things that you learned from Monday's presentation

The three things I have learned from Monday's presentation are Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King and Amnesty International. The focused HR in these topics are No Discrimination. Nelson Mandela was the first black president in South Africa after going through a hard time in trying to give rights to blacks like how the government has given to the whites. Martin Luther King made a speech and changed the laws of equality of African-American and whites. Amnesty focuses on every country to see if they have followed the HR rules.

3 things that you learned from Thursday's presentations.

I have learnt about the Holocaust, the worst genocide in Human History. This was the killing of many jews because the Nazi’s didn’t like them. I also learnt about Gandhi, a influential man who was against racial discrimination. He protested against the British in a peaceful manner. I also learnt about the United Nations which is an organization that helps stop wars between countries from happening.

Is your presentation completed? Explain.

Yes, my presentation is completed. I've explained the topic Cyrus Cylinder, and how it is related to Human Rights. I've put pictures on to the presentation to help it look more attractive and easier to understand.

Describe how you organized your research process:

I chose to research on Cyrus the Great and the Cyrus Cylinder. I'm going list out my notes on Word and make sure I choose sources that I understand. I researched about Cyrus before researching about the Cyrus Cylinder for a little background information. And I put some subtopics on my notes so I won't get confused on my arrangements.

Which historical aspect of Human Rights are you interested in? Why?

I want to research about Cyrus the Great and the Cyrus Cylinder because this was the first event that brought Human Rights to what it is now. It was the beginning of Human Rights. It fascinates me by thinking, without this man, the world wouldn't be as it is right now. Also, I would like to research on WikiLeaks because I want to know about governments' perspective of Human Rights.
