Right to live: 

If people didn't have the right to live, there isn't really any point of living then. People shouldn't be treated as robots or slave, they have their rights to live their life. 

No discrimination: 

If people are discriminated, they wouldn't even have the chance to live their life the way they wanted to. That's why this is the most important right. 

Right for health care: 

Sometime in life, people are going to get sick, especially at their infant stage or elderly stage. If babies are not treated when sick, they can easily die because they are still feeble. The population will then decrease.
